All services are coordinated with your physician(s).

Our physical therapists will assess and treat functional impairments that are a result of injury, stroke, surgery, fractures, or other medical conditions.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is where a qualified healthcare professional directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides services to patients at home by providing rehabilitative care for patients needing assistance training for activities of daily living.

Speech Therapy

Help patients to improve speech and communications. Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders.

What Insurance are we accepting?

We are currently only accepting Medicare as a form of insurance. Medicare may cover all the costs for the services we provided . Our dedicated team will help you understand your coverage and directly handle the Medicare billing process.
